It has a very deep amber colour with golden reflections. The aroma is extremely complex, with notes of dried fruits (hazelnut, walnut), orange peel, caramel, honey, vanilla, and perfectly integrated old wood. On the palate, it is very fine and silky, with great concentration, a lively acidity despite its age, and deep layers of elegant oxidative flavours. The finish is long, persistent and highly refined.
